Where I've built.

A steady climb from Laravel client work to leading an engineering function — three in-house engineers plus three vendor companies, on a platform that moves partner money every month.

Staff Software Engineer

Jan 2026 — Present Current

Inncon Group · Engineering lead for mydatasbd

  • Lead engineering for mydatasbd, the company's platform for 5,000+ investment partners. It has three parts: an investment system, an online store, and a digital deed system.
  • Manage three in-house engineers and three vendor companies. Assign their tasks and review the work they deliver.
  • Built the platform's new digital wallet. The old one had too many calculation errors, so we replaced it instead of fixing it. The new wallet uses double-entry accounting, so every balance comes from journal and ledger entries instead of a stored number, and any amount can be traced back and checked.
  • Automated the monthly profit share. The system calculates each partner's profit and adds it to their wallet directly. Over BDT 40 million goes through this process every month.
  • Built partner-to-partner transfer and withdrawal on the same ledger. For a withdrawal, the system creates a payout list. The accounts team then pays by cheque, or sends the list to the bank for payment. No third-party payment service is used.
  • Built a scheduled job that moves a set percentage from a partner's main wallet to their shopping wallet on a fixed date each month. It posts to the same journal and ledger, so both balances stay correct.
  • Built the digital deed system. It creates the investment deed for each partner online and prepares it for printing on BDT 100 judicial stamp paper.
  • Added the shopping wallet as a payment method in the online store, so partners can pay from their wallet balance instead of an outside payment gateway.

  • Designed and maintained an HRMS for 600+ employees. It covers attendance, payroll, leave, performance review, and employee self-service.
  • Built an automated payroll system that handles salary, bonus, loans, and tax with 99% accuracy.
  • Replaced password-based attendance with biometric devices. This stopped proxy attendance and reduced payroll mistakes across the company.
  • Reduced HR admin work by 35% using workflow automation, cron-based reconciliation, and reports across modules.
  • Worked closely with the HR team to find daily problems and build backend features that solved them.

  • Fixed production bugs, improved REST API response times, and handled server deployment and maintenance through cPanel.
  • Set up data backups and applied security hardening on the production server.

Full-stack image editing platform on a custom PHP MVC framework with its own routing, separate controllers and a modular structure. The React.js frontend gives a single-page editing experience, with PHP's ImageMagick extension processing images on the server — no page reload.
